Author Brene Brown said, “If we want greater clarity in our purpose or deeper, and more meaningful spiritual lives, vulnerability is the path.

When we refer to the Gap, we mean being present in the moment, fully aware of our internal state and external surroundings. It's the space between our random thoughts and inner dialogue that is the source of peace, joy, and happiness.

To expose oneself for the protection of something; to make defence against any assailing danger; to take the place of a fallen defender or supporter.

Here at Standing in the Gap we offer a wide range of programs both in Warrensburg, MO and in our Location in Kenya. We have both a men and women's discipleship house, we offer prison ministries, and also a food pantry.
